Marketing Breakthroughs is a dynamic place where you can learn, develop, and advance your skills. All MB interns and staff benefit from being mentored by, and working alongside, our management team and CEO Steve Klein who offers 25 years of industry experience, insight, and knowledge.

We offer a unique 16 week paid internship, which could lead directly to full-time employment with the company.

Designed to provide a highly rewarding, diverse, and challenging learning experience for interns, our program helps interns to hit the ground running. Our goal is to introduce new graduates to the inner workings of a high-performance Ottawa marketing firm and prepare them for an entry-level position with MB in their chosen career.

As a results-driven company, our team members benefit from seeing projects through from start to finish. We place emphasis on project management and individual responsibility for each team member. We believe in our people and their abilities.
